-Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1:00pm GMT+7 (excluding holidays) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm GMT+7 or holidays are shipped the next business day. Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following Monday (excluding holidays). Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.
- International Orders from any country will be shipped by DHL Worldwide Express 2-5 business days
- Order from Russia will ship by Thai Post Registered Mail instead regarding DHL is not accepted. Shipment may take 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Cost will be calculated by weight before Checkout Processed. Starts from THB 300.00 (Estimated US$10)

Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.
-Returns and Exchanges
- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
