- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 14 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.
- Return & Exchange Shipping Cost will responsible by customer
- Import Duties of Return & Exchange will responsible by customer (30% for Garments,Shoes). You may declare lower price when you return item.

วิธีซื้อและการชำระเงิน
1. สมัครสมาชิก หรือ login หากมีบัญชีอยู่แล้ว และกรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว สถานที่จัดส่งสินค้า
2. เมื่อเลือกซื้อสินค้าเสร็จแล้วกดปุ่ม Proceed to checkout เพื่อทำการชำระเงิน
3. กดผ่านขั้นตอนการซื้อตามที่มีการบอกไว้ในขั้นตอนขณะทำการซื้อ
4. เลือกวิธีชำระเงิน
- โอนเงินทางธนาคาร
โดยจะมีการส่งยอดเงินไปทางอีเมลให้ไปชำระ รวมถึงรายละเอียดการชำระ เลขบัญชี เมื่อชำระด้วยการโอนเงินแล้ว ให้ส่งอีเมลกลับมาเพื่อยืนยัน หรือโทรแจ้ง
- เครดิต /เดบิตการ์ด / QR Promptpay / ผ่อนชำระ / Alipay (โดยชำระผ่านระบบของ OPN Payments)
*ในกรณีการผ่อนชำระใช้ได้เฉพาะบัตรเครดิตที่ร่วมเท่านั้น ตามตัวเลือกของระบบการชำระเงิน และไม่สามารถใช้บัตรเดบิตได้
5.หลังจากโอนเงินแล้วให้รอการติดต่อกลับภายใน 6 ชม. หรือ ในกรณีที่โอนเงินทางธนาคารให้แจ้งรายละเอียดการโอนเงินมาทาง onion@onionbkk.com (reply mail ที่ order สินค้า) ** การตอบกลับของทางเว็บใช้เวลา 12-18 ชั่วโมงหลังจากการยืนยัน
