Responsibilities

Onion is a premium fashion retailer importing goods from various countries around the world. It has two physical stores and an online store, onionbkk.com.

• Responsible for sales and customer service in both in-store and online channels.
• Manage and administer the store's social media accounts.
• Plan and schedule posts for sales materials and promotional activities.
• Present products and provide information to customers through various channels such as phone, social media, chat, e-commerce, and CRM.
• Present and sell products via live video.
• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and follow up on customer service.
• Manage e-commerce product shipments in collaboration with the Inventory team.
• Conduct inventory counts and verification.
• Oversee weekly operations and tasks within the physical store.
  
  Work locations: 19/12 Soi Ekkamai 12 and Prime Mansion, Sukhumvit 31

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (relevant experience is welcome)
• Strong interest in the fashion industry and following pop culture.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• Emphasis on customer service expertise.
• Able to work 5 days a week (as per provided schedule, Monday–Sunday).
• Proficiency in reading and spelling English.
• Ability to communicate in English (international customers).
• Proficiency in Mac OS / Microsoft Office / AI.
• Neat and professional attire appropriate for the store's image.
