สถานะของคำสั่งซื้อ
-รายการคำสั่งซื้อที่ทำการชำระเงินตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ จะถูกจัดส่งในวันถัดไปก่อน 11.00 ของทุกวัน เว้นวันอาทิตย์ 1 วัน เนื่องจากเป้นวันหยุดของบริการส่งสินค้า จะถูกเลื่อนไปเป็นวันจันทร์ก่อน 12.00
อัตราค่าส่งสินค้า
- การส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศทางร้านจะใช้การส่งแบบด่วนด้วยบริการ Kerry Express (กรุงเทพมหานคร และ ปริมณฑล) และ EMS จากไปรษณีย์ไทยเท่านั้น โดยมีราคาค่าส่ง 100 บาทในรายการสั่งซื้อไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท และส่งฟรีในรายการสั่งตั้งแต่ 5,000 บาทขึ้นไป (ยกเว้นสินค้าประเภทรองเท้า หรือ รายการสั่งสินค้าที่มีรองเท้ารวมอยู่ในรายการ มีค่าส่ง 100 บาท)ใช้เวลา 1-2 วันทำการ
- หากลูกค้ามีความประสงค์เปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะมารับเองที่ร้าน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนค่าจัดส่ง หากมีการเลือกชำระแบบจัดส่งพัสดุไปแล้ว
- ตัวเลือกมารับของเองที่หน้าร้าน สามารถมารับได้ที่สาขาเอกมัยเท่านั้น* หากสินค้าไม่ได้อยู่ที่สาขาเอกมัยและต้องการมารับที่สาขาเอกมัย ลูกต้าจะต้องรอยืนยันจากทางร้าน หรืออาจจะต้องรอ 1-2 วันทำการเพื่อรอการย้ายสินค้า ในกรณีลูกค้าต้องโทรสอบถามจากทางร้านเพื่อยืนยันก่อน
- รายการสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศจะใช้บริการของ DHL Worldwide Express โดยคำนวณจากน้ำหนักรวม ซึ่งคำนวณได้จาก บนหน้าเว็บไซต์
การส่งสินค้า
- ทางร้านจะจัดส่งสินค้า เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินของลูกค้าตามช่องทางที่กำหนด และจะแจ้งเลข Tracking Number เพื่อติดตามสินค้ากลับไปทางอีเมล์ที่ลูกค้าได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
- โดยลูกค้าตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าได้จากการล๊อกอินเข้าสู่บัญชีของลูกค้าเอง (https://www.onionbkk.com/customer/account/login/) หรือตรวจสอบจากการอัพเดทอีเมล ซึ่งอีเมลบางครั้งอาจจะอยู่ใน Spam Box หรือ จดหมายขยะ
- การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
- หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ต้องแจ้งกับทางร้านภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม เหมือนไม่ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน ป้ายสินค้าจะต้องไม่ถูกตัด หรือมีร่องรอยการแกะออก สามารถนำมาเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่หน้าร้านได้ โดยต้องนำหลักฐานใบส่งสินค้าที่ทางร้านได้ส่งไปทางอีเมล์มาแสดงด้วย ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์คำวินิจฉัยจากทางร้านโดยอ้างอิง เงื่อนไขข้างต้น ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด (ยกตัวอย่างเช่น สินค้ามีหลักฐานการซักเกิดขึ้น)
- หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ได้ ในกรณีที่จะเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าชิ้นอื่น สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่เท่ากันได้ หากสินค้ามีราคาสูงกว่า ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระส่วนเกินของสินค้าชิ้นนั้น
- ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งคืนทั้งหมด และมีค่าส่งกลับเพื่อเปลี่ยน 100 บาท โดยลูกค้ากรุณาติดต่อทางร้าน

Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11:00 (GMT+7) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday–Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).

- Order from Russia will ship by Thai Post Registered Mail instead regarding DHL is not accepted. Shipment may take 5-10 business days.
