Our points-based rewards program offers exclusive benefits and experiences. The more you shop, the more you earn, and the more you enjoy.

Every purchase at Onion earns you points. Save them up and redeem them as discounts, and the more you shop, the higher your membership tier, with bigger permanent discounts.

There is nothing separate to sign up for. Once you have an account at onionbkk.com, you are already part of the Onion Loyalty Program.

How to join

1. Create an account or log in at onionbkk.com
2. Shop as usual, and use the same email as your account at checkout
3. Your points are added to your account automatically

How to earn points

- Earn 1 point for every 100 baht you spend
- Points first show as "Pending" and become available once Onion has shipped your order
- If an order is cancelled or items are returned, the points from that order are adjusted by the amount returned

How to use points

- 1 point = 1 baht discount
- You can redeem from 10 points
- When you redeem, you receive a discount code to enter at checkout. The code is valid for 30 days
- Points never expire

Membership tiers

Your total spend determines your tier. The higher your tier, the bigger your permanent discount.

Standard
- Total spend: Starting tier
- Benefits: Earn and redeem points

Members
- Total spend: 20,000 baht and above
- Benefits: 10% permanent discount on participating items

Privileges
- Total spend: 80,000 baht and above
- Benefits: 15% permanent discount on participating items

Notes
- When you reach a new tier, you get a grace period before we start checking the requirements to keep it
- Before your tier is lowered, we notify you in advance via LINE (once you have connected LINE)
- Tier discounts apply only to participating items. Look for the label on the product page

Where to see your points and benefits

1. Log in at onionbkk.com
2. Go to "My account"
3. See your point balance, current tier and points history on this page
4. Tap "Redeem points" to get your discount code

Connect your points to LINE

Connect your Onion account to LINE to get instant updates about your points and tier, without having to check the website.

1. Log in and go to "My account"
2. Tap the "Connect LINE" button
3. Log in to LINE and allow access
4. Once connected, the button changes to "Connected"

Connecting is free, and you can disconnect at any time.

  • No, points never expire.
