การยืนยันการชำระเงิน
- หลังจากที่การชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์และระบบได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการชำระเงินได้ในภายหลัง
- หลังจากที่การชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์และระบบได้รับการยืนยันแล้ว จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงวิธีการชำระเงินได้ในภายหลัง

ความสมบูรณ์ของคำสั่งซื้อ
- การชำระเงินถือเป็นขั้นตอนสุดท้ายของการดำเนินการคำสั่งซื้อ
- คำสั่งซื้อจะเข้าสู่กระบวนการจัดเตรียมและส่งมอบทันทีหลังการชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้น

การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
- หากมีข้อผิดพลาดในการเลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน กรุณาติดต่อทีมงานก่อนการชำระเงินเสร็จสมบูรณ์
- กรณีที่การชำระเงินเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงได้

ข้อกำหนดพิเศษ
- ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการไม่คืนเงินหรือแก้ไขคำสั่งซื้อในกรณีที่ลูกค้าเลือกวิธีการชำระเงินผิด
หมายเหตุ: โปรดตรวจสอบรายละเอียดการชำระเงินให้ถูกต้องก่อนยืนยันการชำระเงินทุกครั้ง
สถานะของคำสั่งซื้อ
-รายการคำสั่งซื้อที่ทำการชำระเงินตั้งแต่วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ จะถูกจัดส่งในวันถัดไปก่อน 11.00 ของทุกวัน เว้นวันอาทิตย์ 1 วัน เนื่องจากเป้นวันหยุดของบริการส่งสินค้า จะถูกเลื่อนไปเป็นวันจันทร์ก่อน 12.00
อัตราค่าส่งสินค้า
- การส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศทางร้านจะใช้การส่งแบบด่วนด้วยบริการ Kerry Express (กรุงเทพมหานคร และ ปริมณฑล) และ EMS จากไปรษณีย์ไทยเท่านั้น โดยมีราคาค่าส่ง 100 บาทในรายการสั่งซื้อไม่เกิน 5,000 บาท และส่งฟรีในรายการสั่งตั้งแต่ 5,000 บาทขึ้นไป (ยกเว้นสินค้าประเภทรองเท้า หรือ รายการสั่งสินค้าที่มีรองเท้ารวมอยู่ในรายการ มีค่าส่ง 100 บาท)ใช้เวลา 1-2 วันทำการ
- หากลูกค้ามีความประสงค์เปลี่ยนแปลงที่จะมารับเองที่ร้าน ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการคืนค่าจัดส่ง หากมีการเลือกชำระแบบจัดส่งพัสดุไปแล้ว
- ตัวเลือกมารับของเองที่หน้าร้าน สามารถมารับได้ที่สาขาเอกมัยเท่านั้น* หากสินค้าไม่ได้อยู่ที่สาขาเอกมัยและต้องการมารับที่สาขาเอกมัย ลูกต้าจะต้องรอยืนยันจากทางร้าน หรืออาจจะต้องรอ 1-2 วันทำการเพื่อรอการย้ายสินค้า ในกรณีลูกค้าต้องโทรสอบถามจากทางร้านเพื่อยืนยันก่อน
- รายการสั่งซื้อจากต่างประเทศจะใช้บริการของ DHL Worldwide Express โดยคำนวณจากน้ำหนักรวม ซึ่งคำนวณได้จาก บนหน้าเว็บไซต์
การส่งสินค้า
- ทางร้านจะจัดส่งสินค้า เมื่อได้รับการยืนยันการชำระเงินของลูกค้าตามช่องทางที่กำหนด และจะแจ้งเลข Tracking Number เพื่อติดตามสินค้ากลับไปทางอีเมล์ที่ลูกค้าได้ลงทะเบียนไว้
- โดยลูกค้าตรวจสอบความคืบหน้าได้จากการล๊อกอินเข้าสู่บัญชีของลูกค้าเอง (https://www.onionbkk.com/customer/account/login/) หรือตรวจสอบจากการอัพเดทอีเมล ซึ่งอีเมลบางครั้งอาจจะอยู่ใน Spam Box หรือ จดหมายขยะ
- การเปลี่ยนสินค้า
- หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ต้องแจ้งกับทางร้านภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพเดิม เหมือนไม่ผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน ป้ายสินค้าจะต้องไม่ถูกตัด หรือมีร่องรอยการแกะออก สามารถนำมาเปลี่ยนสินค้าที่หน้าร้านได้ โดยต้องนำหลักฐานใบส่งสินค้าที่ทางร้านได้ส่งไปทางอีเมล์มาแสดงด้วย ทางร้านขอสงวนสิทธิ์คำวินิจฉัยจากทางร้านโดยอ้างอิง เงื่อนไขข้างต้น ถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด (ยกตัวอย่างเช่น สินค้ามีหลักฐานการซักเกิดขึ้น)
- หากลูกค้าต้องการเปลี่ยนสินค้าสามารถเปลี่ยนไซส์ได้ ในกรณีที่จะเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าชิ้นอื่น สามารถเปลี่ยนเป็นสินค้าที่เท่ากันได้ หากสินค้ามีราคาสูงกว่า ลูกค้าจะต้องชำระส่วนเกินของสินค้าชิ้นนั้น
- ในการเปลี่ยนสินค้า ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการส่งคืนทั้งหมด และมีค่าส่งกลับเพื่อเปลี่ยน 100 บาท โดยลูกค้ากรุณาติดต่อทางร้าน
** สินค้าที่มีการจัดรายการลดราคาพิเศษ (SALE) จะไม่สามารถเปลี่ยนสินค้าหรือคืนได้

Order Status
Customers can check their order status at any time by clicking on My Account in the navigation bar. If you wish to make any changes to your order, please contact us before the order has been processed.
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11:00 (GMT+7) will be shipped on the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00 or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders placed on Saturday–Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).
Note: Saturday delivery service is currently unavailable.
Rates
- International Orders from any country will be shipped by DHL Worldwide Express 2-5 business days, rates automatically calculated by DHL.
- Order from Russia will ship by Thai Post Registered Mail instead regarding DHL is not accepted. Shipment may take 5-10 business days.
- Shipping Cost will be calculated by weight before Checkout Processed. Starts from THB 300.00 (Estimated US$10)

Notice
When shipping to international addresses, you will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. This charge is determined by your local customs authority. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges. Please note that transit times indicated above are provided by DHL, and are not necessarily guaranteed.

Please note: International packages that are refused or abandoned will not be eligible for any type of reimbursement or reshipment.

- If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items postmarked within 7 calendar days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. Shoes must be returned with the original shoe box, free of damage and postal labels.

วิธีซื้อและการชำระเงิน
1. สมัครสมาชิก หรือ login หากมีบัญชีอยู่แล้ว และกรอกข้อมูลส่วนตัว สถานที่จัดส่งสินค้า
2. เมื่อเลือกซื้อสินค้าเสร็จแล้วกดปุ่ม Proceed to checkout เพื่อทำการชำระเงิน
3. กดผ่านขั้นตอนการซื้อตามที่มีการบอกไว้ในขั้นตอนขณะทำการซื้อ
4. เลือกวิธีชำระเงิน
- โอนเงินทางธนาคาร
โดยจะมีการส่งยอดเงินไปทางอีเมลให้ไปชำระ รวมถึงรายละเอียดการชำระ เลขบัญชี เมื่อชำระด้วยการโอนเงินแล้ว ให้ส่งอีเมลกลับมาเพื่อยืนยัน หรือโทรแจ้ง
- เครดิต /เดบิตการ์ด / QR Promptpay / ผ่อนชำระ / Alipay (โดยชำระผ่านระบบของ Omise Payments)
