## Twenty-Five Years of Graphics, Back on Something Brand New

Picture a t-shirt fresh out of the factory that looks like it has been worn for a decade. The cotton is washed pale, the coverstitch sits on the outside, the thread is a different colour from the fabric. And the graphic on the chest is one this label was already printing in the early 2000s.

That is how Perks and Mini tells its story for Fall/Winter 2026.

P.A.M. started in Melbourne in 2000, founded by Shauna Toohey and Misha Hollenbach with two thousand dollars of freelance savings and one shared computer. No business plan, no investors. They have never called themselves a fashion label. They call it **a voice**. Their work sits in the collections of the NGV and Tate Modern as comfortably as it sits on people in the street.

This season P.A.M. goes back into its own archive. **Urchin, Alien Kissing Butterfly, Murus, Gestures World Melt**: these are the shapes the brand has been speaking in for years. Here they are knitted, printed, embroidered and washed all over again. Cotton goes through sand spray and vintage washes until no two panels fade the same way, and the archive artwork on the knitwear is not printed over the surface but jacquard knitted into it. And as always, they did not do it alone. There is artwork from the artist Coco Star and pieces made with the musician Eyedress.

> Clothes are not only for wearing. They are for saying something: that is the centre of this collection.

Twenty-five years on, P.A.M. still answers the same question a different way every season.
